Biocyte Noctrim forte is a food supplement based on melatonin, inositol, magnesium and vitamin B6. It is dedicated to stressed-out people and/or those who are facing difficulties to fall asleep.
Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep (The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin close to bedtime). Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to normal psychological function such as resistance to stress.
Use: 1 capsules per day, at bedtime, wiht a large glass of water. Use for 3 months.
